Mud management panels are rigid, interlocking plastic gravel grids — a honeycomb of open cells that you fill with crushed stone. Once filled, the cells confine each piece of gravel so it can't spread, sink, or scatter under a wheel or a boot. The result is a firm, stable, permeable surface that stays put in exactly the places loose gravel normally fails: driveways, parking pads, equipment yards, and unpaved access roads.
The problem they solve is simple. Loose gravel spread over bare soil migrates. Traffic pushes it aside, tires cut ruts, water pools in the low spots, and the stone works its way down into the mud until you're driving on dirt again. A gravel grid interrupts that cycle by holding the aggregate in a structured layer and spreading the load across the whole panel — so the surface carries weight instead of pumping mud up through it.
